To backup all files in your account, click on “Backup & Restore”.
Next, Click on the “Back up” Button.
To do a “Full Backup” select the “Full” option.
Next, click “OK” and the backup will begin.
Once the Backup is complete, click on the green icon to download the backup file from the server to your local computer.
Now, uncheck the “Use Password Protection” box as we do not recommend the need for this.
Then, click “OK” to download the backup file. This may take a few minutes depending on the size of the backup file and on the speed of your Internet connection.
