EZ-NetTools Inc. provides website design, development, SEO, and social media marketing services. We also provide an online notification platform that sends an SMS Message when someone fills out a form on a customer’s website.

2. SMS Terms (A2P Compliance)

By registering for EZ-FormAlert service on our website, you provide your express consent to receive SMS messages from EZ-Net Tools when someone fills out a form on your website.

• Program Name: EZ-FormAlert

• Program Description: When a website visitor fills out a form on your website, an SMS (Text) message will be sent to the phone number provided by you, alerting you of the form.

• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the shortcode or number from which you receive messages. Upon sending STOP we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

   

• Support: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly by calling (208) 356-8361.

• Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Costs: As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
