To cancel services from EZ-NetTools, please send an email to accounting@eznettools.com from the email account on file. Please include your account number, name, and your request to cancel.

(This allows us to verify that the request is from the actual account owner. We have had several occasions where a competitor or someone else has called to cancel an account.)
